  Early rising is a good habit. An old proverd in English says,''Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.'' Early rising has a lot of benefits. An early riser begins his days early, has ample time to finish all his tasks. Early rising is beneficial to our health. It is the best period in the whole day to exercise. It is free from din and bustle of the day- to-day life and is an ideal time for preparing lessons. We can breathe pure oxygen-filled air which is essential for respiration. The calmness gives us peace of mind. We can enjoy the beauty of nature. So, we should make a habit of rising early regularly. Early rising enables a man to reach his goals early and certainly.
